2018-2019 Committee Chair and Vice-Chairs Nomination Deadline

Do you know a Women United in Philanthropy member who would be excellent in a leadership role?
WUP is a volunteer organization. We need fabulous women to lead our Committees in the upcoming fiscal year (July 2018-June 2019). If you or someone you know has the talent and enthusiasm for anything described below, we want to hear from you!

Program & Events Committee: This committee provides dedicated experiences for WUP members and prospective members through events. Important aspects of this Committee are speaker, panelist and topic selections, logistics, and event planning.
Communications & Marketing Committee: Keeping the membership and our community up to date with WUP information is critically important. We welcome anyone with skills or interest in media relations, marketing, social media, writing & editing, Constant Contact management, website maintenance, and graphic design.  
Membership Committee: The Membership Committee is not only responsible for new member recruitment, but also for engaging and retaining our current members. Working closely with Communications and Programming, we are looking for new, creative ideas to engage our members and increase event and committee participation.

Grant Committee: The 2018 Grant Process is well underway, with the most nominations we have ever received! Our Grant Committee is currently reviewing 26 non-profit proposals. They will select a subset of those organizations for on-site visits, then choose our top 5 finalists for WUP membership voting. Be sure to attend our Grant Finalist Presentations on May 9th

Deadline for nominations is Friday, March 23.
